Is it true that nonprofits pay less? it kind of makes sense considering they have less money...

For us grunts tho i bet a profit company would pay more. where's the reason for a nonprofit to work hard?

That's not really true...plenty of people I know make a good living at nonprofits, especially in the Bay Area of California, where the cost of living is -extremely- high. If you've ever lived there, you know what I'm talking about!
