Indeed.com offers a lot of cool job search tools. Some of the available features include a job search plugin, job listings sent directly to your desktop (in the form of alerts) or instant message, and jobs via a quick toolbar button to name a few.

For a number of these tools, you'll need the Firefox web browser, Google desktop, and the Google toolbar (all completely free).

Indeed is a great job search engine that "scans through job listings from major job boards, newspapers, associations and company career pages - and continues to add new sites every day.” They have a simple, clean interface to use that makes searching incredibly easy. As for jobs, they have a lot of them! Just typing in "telecommute" yields a listing of over 4500 jobs. They also have a great variety of tools available including a salary search (see next post for details).
